Direct Primary Care. An innovative model of healthcare that puts the caring back into medicine.

Megan L. Miller APRN CNP

“I am passionate about bringing patient-centered care back to my community while also providing each patient with holistic, accessible, no hassle healthcare.”

As a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Megan has witnessed firsthand the shortcomings within our healthcare system. She noticed a significant issue: many patients lack a “healthcare home”—a reliable place where someone is always available to assist with their medical needs. This realization motivated her to establish a Functional-Medicine-Based Direct Primary Care practice in her hometown of Springfield, Ohio, providing a dependable and accessible healthcare option for the community.

Megan is an alumna of Shawnee High School and holds degrees and certifications from The Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati. She is currently advancing her expertise in Functional Medicine and is engaged in an Anti-Aging Fellowship, underscoring her commitment to optimizing health and wellness.

In her quest to revolutionize how we approach diet and the body's intricate systems, Megan has partnered with All In Nutritionals to launch her own line of supplements. This collaboration aligns perfectly with her practice in Functional Direct Primary Care, where the focus is on a holistic approach to health, emphasizing preventive care and the management of chronic conditions.

Megan also contributes her expertise part-time at the Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders, where she has spent the majority of her career as a nurse practitioner, further enhancing her broad scope of professional endeavors.

Megan has a deep passion for the Springfield community, actively participating in local non-profits and various organizations. She enjoys staying fit at Springfield Health & Fitness and is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves exploring different culinary delights.

Natasha Lias, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional committed to improving the well-being of her community in Springfield. Her journey in healthcare began in critical care nursing, where she witnessed firsthand the impact of preventable chronic conditions on patient outcomes, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Natasha takes an individualized approach with every patient, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healthcare journey. She is especially passionate about increasing health awareness in young adults, addressing the growing prevalence of preventable conditions such as high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome through education and early intervention. Natasha holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Franklin University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus on healthcare literacy from Wright State University. She has specialized training in medical aesthetics, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and is currently pursuing certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Natasha loves spending time with her husband and kids, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, playing with her two dogs, and getting lost in a good book.
